5 Mental Benefits of Tumble Bees

Improved Concentration and Focus

When your child attends class at Tumble Bees, they will learn foundational tumbling and gymnastics skills. In order to learn these things, your child will need to focus on their teacher and their instructions during class. This focus can help improve their concentration skills. These new skills can then translate to other areas of their lives, such as schoolwork and daily tasks at home.

Enhances Problem-Solving Skills

At each station your child visits during class, they will find challenges that require them to motor plan and execute skills that are new or progressed from the week prior. This daily challenge teaches problem-solving skills.

Greater Self-Discipline

Participating in Tumble Bees is often the first time a preschooler experiences a class environment where they take instruction from a grown-up who is not a close friend or family member! Attending Tumble Bees classes can teach your child how to listen and take instruction from a new grown-up as well as learning how to be patient (waiting to take a turn) and work with other children their age! These experiences in class can help your child develop age appropriate self-discipline, which can translate into other areas of their life.

Increased Self-Confidence

As your Bee masters new skills and becomes more proficient in tumbling, they may feel more confident and self-assured. This self-confidence can help tremendously when your child starts school or participates in other sports and activities!

Improved Self-Esteem

As our bees progress in their tumbling skills, they may feel a sense of accomplishment and pride. These achievements can boost their self-esteem and overall well-being.

Each week your Tumble Bee will have an opportunity to develop concentration, problem-solving skills, self-discipline, self-confidence, and self-esteem. These mental benefits will help your bee to be more successful in their academic and personal lives as they grow!
